Thai massage and its benefits
January 7, 2009 – 2:29 pmA thai massage is a form of massage that has little deep tissue work involved and a lot of stretching. It is referred to as the lazy persons yoga because you are on a table that is low to the ground or on the floor (though you could be on a massage table as well) and you are being assisted by your therapist into yoga poses. Its great for people who work out because you are stretching with out using up your strength. A lot of times the therapist will also manipulate your body into different poses that will sometimes make your bones crack and this will definitely adjust it into perfect alignment.
You leave feeling taller, lighter and like you just had a workout!
